Investigating and responding
Your complaint will be thoroughly investigated, and we aim to provide you with a final decision within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint.
Where possible, we will endeavour to provide a written response sooner and may outline any proposed actions to resolve the report issues, and if necessary, a formal letter or email of apology.
